• October 18, 2011 - Raising the Inspirational Bar…How Our Educators are Developing Women for Leadership Roles: Join us as we learn about Brescia's educational philosophy of "lighting a fire" and inspiring future leaders! Speaker: Dr. Colleen M. Hanycz, Principal, Brescia University College.

• November 15, 2011 - Listen & Learn: Developing a Resolution...from Concept to Implementation. Learn from our experts on how to develop a resolution to present to government. • January 17, 2012- Fall in Love With Life Again! ...A mind-body-spirit makeover. Speaker, Dr. Christine Rattenbury, London Psychologist and co-founder of Living Most!, will discuss revitalizing your life using the Big Picture perspective.

• February 21, 2012 - Breaking In ... the Immigrant glass wall in Canada: Learn about newcomers to Canada and their experience in knocking on the wall of opportunity. Jessie Maggard who initiated Directed Innovation will be the guest speaker.

• March 20, 2012 - Bridges out of Poverty... strategies for understanding the gap: Speaker: Gayle Montgomery, Certified Bridges Trainer, will examine the impact of poverty on families, the hidden rules of economic class, identify ways to improve relationships and develop new tools to better address individuals' needs.

• April 17, 2012 - Empowering Women...lively roundtable discussions and critiques. Review and discussion of resolutions developed by Business & Professional Women's clubs across Canada. Facilitator: Dr. Carole Orchard BPWL Resolutions Chair.
  

• May 15, 2012 - My Mother's Keeper:  Pieces of a Life… Developing your own Circle of Care.  A model for developing a plan for your senior loved one. Speaker: Karen Fuller, Careful Heart Coaching. When the life of our parents takes a dramatic turn, it is often up to their adult children to pull all the pieces together to restore balance to their lives.  Many times, this role falls on the shoulders of the women in the family.
