Speakers: Dr. Patricia H. Watson, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Depts. of Medicine and Physiology & Pharmacology, Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of Western Ontario.

The plan is to have the two speakers give lecture-style presentations and then end with a panel discussion with the speakers and THREE panelists who either have or are at risk of being diagnosed with the disease.

We are looking for your help in finding the three individuals, preferably at different stages in their life (i.e., a young adult, a middle-aged adult, and an older adult), to participate in the panel.

Contact the London and Thames Valley Osteoporosis Canada,if you are interested in taking part or know of someone who meets the required criteria.

The talk will focus on the how the student population becomes involved in world-wide social issues and often visit different countries to inspire and learn.
